High-speed production lines are designed to handle a broad range of can sizes from 8 oz to 24 oz, including the re-sealable CapCan format, as well as multiple packaging configurations. The flagship North Carolina facility, built in 1997, offers specialized manufacturing capabilities and operates two nearby distribution centers. The Texas facility, added in 2014, features a secure in-house distribution center and technologically advanced operations. The Minnesota operation, which traces its roots to 1874 and was integrated into Carolina Beverage Group in 2017, includes two additional distribution centers.
