COLD Coast Brewing Company, located in Lompoc, California, was founded in April 2022 by four local friends passionate about craft beer. The brewery quickly gained recognition, winning a bronze medal at the Great American Beer Festival just three months after opening. Specializing in a variety of craft beers, their flagship offerings include Honey Blonde, Hang 11 Tropical IPA, The Guv'na English-Style ESB, and their award-winning Brown Evolved American Brown Ale. The brewery operates out of a historic building with a 3100-square-foot tasting room, hosting events and gatherings for up to 200 people. COLD Coast Brewing focuses on community engagement, promoting local food trucks, BBQ competitions, and partnerships with nearby restaurants. Their beers are crafted with a blend of traditional and innovative techniques, catering to a wide range of palates. The brewery does not operate a kitchen, encouraging patrons to bring their own food or order from local vendors.
