Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats over approximately 72 hours, allowing the natural flavors and character of the agave to develop fully. Distillation is carried out with patience and precision, using stainless pots and copper coils for double distillation, which ensures the purity and quality of the tequila. The aging process utilizes used American oak barrels, with Reposado aged for 8 months and Añejo for 19 months, imparting complex flavors and smoothness. The final steps include filtration and dilution before bottling, maintaining the integrity and quality of the spirit.
