Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit tackling food insecurity and food waste by partnering with businesses across the supply chain to recover surplus food and beverage products. These items are redistributed to social service agencies nationwide, providing meals to those in need. With flexible solutions tailored to businesses’ operations, RLC has delivered over 20 million pounds of food. By managing all logistics and offering impact tracking for ESG reporting, RLC helps businesses meet sustainability goals while helping you claim enhanced tax deductions.
