True North Ale Company is a craft brewery located in historic Ipswich, Massachusetts on Boston's North Shore, established in 2017. The word “True” of True North Ales has special
meaning to us and reflects our core values of integrity and honesty in all that we do. “North” refers to Boston’s North Shore, our home. And “True North” reflects the nautical and maritime
heritage of Ipswich and the surrounding coastal communities.  True North Ales specializes in brewing a diverse range of high-quality craft beers including juicy American IPAs, sophisticated Belgian ales, classic German lagers, cutting-edge sours, and seasonal offerings. Our core brands include Northern Haze IPA, Cerveza Mexican Lager, and Vincianne Belgian Blonde -- all medalists at the world's largest and most prestigious brewing competitions. We operate a full-service taproom at 116 County Road in Ipswich, offering indoor and outdoor seating with patio and tent areas. The taproom is open Tuesday through Sunday and features pints and flights as well as cans and kegs to go. Our beers have been distributed to over 2,000 bars and restaurants throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
