The company is actively expanding its retail footprint, as evidenced by its acquisition of 106 convenience stores from 7-Eleven, which are being rebranded under the Joe's Kwik Mart banner.

CrossAmerica Partners also maintains a robust real estate division, buying, selling, and leasing properties used in the retail distribution of motor fuels throughout the United States. Available inventory includes operating gas stations as well as non-gas commercial sites, making the company a significant player in downstream energy real estate markets.
