Panacea Brewing Company, located in Wilmington, NC, is a craft brewery specializing in kombucha, hard kombucha, and beer. Founded by Art and Robin Hill, the company began its journey in 2016, selling kombucha from a custom-built tap system on a 1975 Volkswagen Westfalia bus. Over the years, Panacea has grown organically, offering a range of probiotic beverages and plant-based foods. In 2025, the company sold its restaurant portion to focus on its brewery operations, introducing a new tiny taproom for customers to enjoy their brews. Panacea continues to be a staple in the Wilmington community, known for its innovative products and commitment to quality.
