They believe beer should be an accent to experience, a facilitator of connection, and a thoughtful balance. At their new taproom in Baileys Harbor, they serve a full range of easy-drinking beers, alongside scratch bakery items, sourdough focaccia sandwiches, and more. Their beer highlights storied ingredients sourced from the Midwest, takes inspiration from old-world styles, and follows a minimal intervention approach using rustic techniques. Their offerings are intended to be a companion to good company and conversation.
